DOUBTS ABOUT BREASTFEEDING

Initially, breastfeeding becomes a tough situation for new moms and they are always surrounded by doubts regarding the same. Questions like, “ Am I breastfeeding correctly?” “Why isn’t the baby sucking it?” “Should I look for alternatives for breastmilk?” overwhelms new mothers. Let me tell you it’s completely fine if your baby doesn’t latch. If you’re doubtful about breastfeeding or going through some issues consult a doctor and get your queries resolved.

FREQUENT BABY CRIES

During the initial months, you’ll observe that your baby cries very frequently. It might haunt you in the beginning and will make appear difficult for you to soothe your baby. But do not worry. Talk to your elders and experienced moms and get some advice from them.

POOP CYCLE

A baby’s poop cycle is irregular during the first few months. Your baby might poop frequently or may not poop at all for a few days. The stool could also be of a different colour. New moms tend to panic about this. Do not worry. It’s normal. If you’re worried you can even reach out to a doctor.

It’s important to be cautious of the products you use on your baby. Baby’s skin is way more sensitive than ours. They’re susceptible to any damage. Ensure that you don’t use any product that is made up of harsh chemicals. Consider using baby skincare products that are devoid of artificial fragrances and chemicals. It would be best if you ask your doctor to recommend some best skin care products.

TAKE UTMOST CARE OF YOUR BABY

You need to be very cautious while handling your baby. You need to take utmost care of the baby’s body, diet and hygiene. Ensure that you support the baby’s head while holding it in your arms. However you hold the baby, make sure your one hand supports the head and the other supports rest of the body.
